STRATEGI PENDISTRIBUSIAN ZAKAT KEPADA PARA MUSTAHIK DALAM RANGKA MEMBANTU PENINGKATAN EKONOMI

Abstract

Zakat is an Islamic economic instrument that plays a strategic role in reducing poverty and improving social welfare. The success of zakat is determined not only by the amount of funds collected but also by the strategy for distributing it to the recipients of the wealth. This study aims to examine zakat distribution strategies to help improve the economic well-being of recipients, drawing on the opinions of Islamic economic experts. The research method used is library research. The results indicate that productive, sustainable, and empowerment-based zakat distribution, in accordance with the views of experts, can increase the income and economic independence of recipients.
